Dr Neil Fell PhD

Co-Founder & Head of Performance

Profile Overview:

The man who built England’s training facility is now coaching adults in Rochdale. Yes, really.

Neil has over 25 years in elite athlete development. He set up and managed the World Class Sports Medicine and Human Performance Facility at St. George’s Park (the home of England’s national teams), worked with Premiership footballers, international rugby players, and test cricketers, and earned his PhD in Sports and Exercise Science from Liverpool John Moores University.

He also grew up on a farm in the South Lakes, which means he was doing “functional fitness” (flipping tyres and farmer’s walks with hay bales) before it was cool.

In 2024, Neil was nominated for Wellness Leader of the Year in the Forttuna Global Excellence Awards in Dubai.

His philosophy: “Prevention is better than cure.” He wants you strong enough to stay out of the doctor’s office.
