Tom Oliver – Team Member / Personal Trainer

“After a career change that was a long time in the making, I finally took the plunge to become a dedicated, full-time fitness professional and completed my Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training during the national lockdown periods. With a true passion for functional fitness, I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (and will shortly be undertaking my Level 2 CrossFit qualification) and have further specialisations in weightlifting and gymnastics.

I firmly believe that those that are happiest are those that do the most for others.”

 

Tom’s focus is performance and longevity and he will continue to compete in CrossFit masters and hybrid athlete events, aspiring to continuously develop and become one of the best coaches in the UK. Although Tom is relatively new to the fitness industry, he brings a wealth of career experiences together with a fresh dynamic to our classes and PT sessions.
