  3. Personalised total calorie requirements to achieve your onePT Personal Challenge goals
  4. Example daily meal planners plus a new recipe book each month containing 30 recipes, cooking tips, guidance to eating out and much more!
  5. Daily habit tracker
  6. Unlimited coaching support including weekly check-ins and comprehensive monthly reviews
  7. Full access to our mobile fitness coaching APP – where you can log and track your progress
  8. Our Coaching APP is fully integrated with MyFitnessPal to make it even easier to track your nutritional progress

  1. Your journey starts with a very comprehensive Health & Movement Assessment including some appropriate base-line tests of ‘performance’ – these will be reassessed at the mid-way point and at the end of the challenge!
  2. Unlimited access to the gym
  3. Additional structured and progressive aerobic (cardio-based) training programmes
  4. We will assign each member to a like-minded onePT Personal Challenge Buddy to help keep you motivated

In addition;

    1. All members on the challenge will be assigned to their own Coach / Mentor. In this way, we can ensure the coach keeps in regular contact with you and answer any questions you may have – keeping you on track with your challenge
    2. By having your own individual mentor will mean you will receive an inclusive PT session each month on top of the scheduled sessions – this will provide the ideal opportunity to review your measurements and make any adjustments as appropriate as well as devising any additional training requirements / programme where you would like to work on a specific area
    3. We are also looking at some awesome prizes ... these will be presented to: -
