We would like to congratulate Annmarie Thetford on being our member of the month for January!!
Annmarie has been a member here at onePT for nearly 2 years, joining just after re-opening following the 3rd National Lockdown.
She is an ever present in our classes as well as carrying out her own training under the expert supervision and guidance of her coach Katie Trafford.
The main reason for Annmarie being awarded member of the month is because she has finally achieved one of her goals ... to complete an unassisted press up.
Well done, Annmarie. We love having you as a member.
For being awarded member of the month, Annmarie receives a 30 min Sports Massage with Katie.
