Here at onePT we strongly recommend a food first approach to our nutrition and cooking from scratch using high-quality ingredients is key to mental and physical wellbeing. However with busy and stressful lives, this is not always possible, so why not make the process a lot easier by having perfectly portioned meals delivered to your door?

These are one of the selection of meals we have available in the onePT Kitchen (from the Practical Menu) – there are some great choices and also a ‘healthy’ cooked breakfast option! As well as the Practical Menu, please take the time to look at the Premium and Specials as there are some great selections. Equally, you can make choices of how much protein and carbohydrate you want in each meal to help you keep on target with your macro-nutrient and calorific requirements. The minimum order quantity is only 10 meals which is so much better than a lot of other meal prep companies where often you need to purchase a month’s supply which can get very expensive! Prices start at approx. £3.50 per meal and there is a £5.95 delivery charge.

 

You can even freeze the meals to preserve shelf life – and then just microwave from frozen – just double the time. Please note Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are available. In addition, all meals are Halal where appropriate.

Remember, these meals are just options – and for people who are busy or who need something convenient at lunch or after a training session, they are a great choice.

 

Please also note, that in the display freezer in the onePT Kitchen area, we also stock the Gold Standard Nutrition Pots ‘o’ Gold meal options – these are more of a one size fits all, but there are some great choices and again they are very convenient, especially during the week. The main point is that you can control your portion sizes.
