“Hi my name is Phil, I’ve been a Personal Trainer and coach for over 10 years and have enjoyed seeing my clients achieve some amazing results. I specialise in strength, mobility/injury rehab, physique building and growing peoples’ nutritional knowledge and outlook to not only give them the body they want, but also make it sustainable.”

 

Phil is also qualified in Suspension Training, Zuu and Iron Zuu Training (low impact body weight training) and Advanced Functional Training. Phil gets a real buzz out of helping people move better and be pain free, whilst gaining confidence, knowing they are working towards their health & fitness goals.
