One of our main priorities here at onePT has been to create a community – a place where everyone is supported not just through our various apps and technology – but simply through that person’s journey to achieve their health and fitness goals.

The Team onePT Member’s Area will provide you with access to all the Apps and Systems you will need to get the most out of your membership. You will have access to additional training tips, our latest news and updates, regular nutritional advice and even recipes! We encourage you to pose questions to our PT’s, share feedback on your training sessions, or any other activities and events you have taken part in!

The Team onePT Member’s Area is a great way for you to feel part of the onePT community!

  1. ClubRight – this is your Membership App for booking on to classes, checking how the busy the club is and you can also update your card details within ClubRight
  2. FMS – this is where you will find your corrective exercises / core strength and mobility programme following your Functional Movement Screen – In order to achieve your goals it is likely that you may have to move more frequently or at a slightly higher intensity that you are used to. So, remember if you can move well, you will be able to perform and execute movements more easily and effectively as well as reducing your risk of picking up niggling injuries that may keep you away from the gym. These movement exercises can be completed as a full programme, e.g. as an Active Recovery day or as part of a warm up or your PT may build some of the movement exercises into your main programme as specific warm up exercises, e.g. ankle mobility prior to squat exercise.

You receive an activation email from FMS and also instructions how to download the FMS Pro App.

  1. MyPTHub – this is where you can find your training programmes, nutritional plans and here you can also log your training scores, track daily habits and record your daily food intake as well as track your progress month by month following each inclusive PT session. Your PT can also connect with you via the MyPTHub App using the CHAT feature even when you are away from the gym to help keep you engaged and also answer any questions you may have in relation to your training programmes, nutrition or PT sessions. MyPTHub can be downloaded from either the Google Play or Apple Store. Please select the blue logo – NOT the classic version.

MyPTHub now integrates with MyFitnessPal making it even easier if you want to track your calorie / nutritional intake using MyFitnessPal as the data then synchs across
