FMS PRO – this is where you will find your corrective exercises/core strength and mobility programme following your Functional Movement Screen – In order to achieve your goals it is likely that you may have to move more frequently or at a slightly higher intensity than you are used to. So, remember if you can move well, you will be able to perform and execute movements more easily and effectively as well as reduce your risk of picking up niggling injuries that may keep you away from the gym. These movement exercises can be completed as a full programme, e.g. as an Active Recovery day or as part of a warm-up or your PT may build some of the movement exercises into your main programme as specific warm-up exercises, e.g. ankle mobility prior to squat exercise.
